Scope

These terms apply to Catch and Swim, operated by —.

Use

Catch and Swim is free. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no advertising.

You must be 16 or older to use it.

You are responsible for what you post and confirm that you hold the necessary rights to it.

Other people’s records

You may log catches for other anglers who have granted you permission, and create guest profiles for people without an account.

A guest profile can be claimed by the person it belongs to at any time. From that moment they alone decide what happens to it.

Do not create a guest profile for somebody who does not want one, and do not upload photographs in which other people are identifiable without their agreement.

Prohibited content

Unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, spam and claiming a profile that is not yours are not permitted.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Availability

Catch and Swim is provided without a guarantee of availability. Keep your own copies of anything that matters to you; the export function is always available for that.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion takes effect after 14 days and can be cancelled within that period by signing in again.
